The theme of this year's conference is 'Quality: adding value'.

The conference programme consists of plenary and parallel sessions, QA Clinics, workshops and excellent networking opportunities.
As a 'not for profit' association, exhibiting, sponsorship and advertising enables RQA to continually promote quality and integrity in scientific research.

Exhibitors

Exhibitor Stand - £1,400 plus VAT
ONLY ONE STAND REMAINING - STAND NUMBER 18

Additional Exhibitor Stand Personnel - £500 plus VAT (up to two additional personnel)
Each additional personnel (maximum of three personnel per stand) must be registered for an Exhibition pass that will entitle them to a ticket to the conference dinner dance plus refreshments and lunch. 

Consultant's Table - £500 plus VAT
This option is open to independent consultants who wish to display their marketing material during the conference. Consultants will have an area (60CM X 60CM) of table space in the Exhibitor's area. They will also be included in delegate information/conference app. All marketing materials need to be provided by the consultant. Please note this is space only and consultants are not allowed to sit at the consultants table under any circumstances.

Sponsorship and Advertising

Conference App - £2,950 (sole sponsor only)
Enhance your presence at the conference by taking your brand mobile. Your banner ad will be linked to your website from the app.

 
Delegate Bag - £989 
Have your logo printed on the delegate bag as well as a free insert inside the bag.

Delegate Lanyards - £989 
Have your company logo printed on the Delegate Lanyard.

Delegate Pens - £620 
Supply your company pens inside the delegate bag (450 pens required).

Delegate Notepads - £620 
Supply your company notepads within the delegate bag (450 copies required) 

'Meet the Delegates' drinks reception - £739 
Sponsor the 'Meet the Delegates' drinks reception at the Hilton Hotel on Wednesday 9 November 2016 with your company name/logo displayed and use of  your own display material. 

Pre-Dinner Dance drinks reception - £739 
Sponsor the 'Pre-Dinner Dance drinks reception at the Hilton Hotel on Thursday 10 November 2016 with your company name/logo displayed in the drinks reception area and included on the Dinner Dance menu. 

Wine at the Dinner Dance - £739 
Sponsor the wine at the Dinner Dance at the Hilton Hotel on Thursday 10 November 2016 with your company name/logo on the tables and included on the Dinner Dance menu. 

Insert/advertisement in the Delegate Bag - £619 (Exhibitors) £739 (Non Exhibitors)
Place an insert in the Delegate Bag (up to A4 size)

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Payments
All payments must be made prior to the conference start date.

Exhibitor cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before the 31st August 2016. 

For cancellations after the 31st August 2016 no refund of payments can be expected 

Substitution of exhibitor personnel
Exhibitors can be substituted at any time.
