The exhibtion will be open at the following times (all subject to the programme being finalised):

Wednesday 5th November:

Exhibition hall  - 7:30am - 5pm 
Delegate drinks - TBC

Thursday 6th November:

Exhibition hall  - 7:30am - 5pm 

Friday 7th November:

Exhibition hall  - 8.00am - 11am 

Company Representatives

All paid for company representatives may have access to the conference sessions and a dinner dance ticket for the Thursday evening is included. If you do NOT wish to attend the dinner, please let us know asap.

Conference App

All exhibitors and sponsors will have access to the new RQA App. Delegate leads can be recorded via the QR code on the app. Platinum and Gold sponsors who have sessions within the conference will have the ability to scan delegates into that session to collect leads.

Admins for stands will be provided in due course.

Shell Scheme

This year all exhibitors in the exhibition hall will be housed in a shell scheme. Each stand is fully customisable so can be branded according to your needs. Stands are also big enough to house a standard pop-up stand if needed.

Sizes:

• Exhibitor stand: 3m x 2m

• Silver sponsor stand: 4m x 4m

• Gold sponsor stand: 5m x 5m

• Platinum stand: 6m x 6m

Each stand comes with a table, two chairs and includes power.

Our event partner, Warwick, will be providing the options to customise your stand with printed panels. You can also hire equipment from them as required. Please contact them on exhibitionorders@wce.co.uk

Logistics

Courier/Post: If you are posting/using a courier to send items to the ICC, please ensure these are due to arrive on Monday 3rd November - Tuesday 4th November - packages will not be accepted prior to this. Please make sure you add 'RQA2025' to your label.

We can recommend our preferred supplier, Cameron Logistics, if you would like to arrange delivery/collection with them. 

Parking: There are two privately owned car parks beside the venue. Oxford Street is located just 100 metres from ICC Belfast and Lanyon Place is just a short walk from ICC Belfast.
