Booking and Payment

Q. How do I purchase a webcast/book onto a webinar?

A. To purchase your chosen webcast or register on your chosen webinar simply click 'buy now' on the course product/event page and follow the subsequent screens. RQA Members should login using their existing membership number and password. If they have not previously done so already non RQA members must register their details first. Following registration your login details are the methods used by us to identify you and as such are very important. You are responsible for any payments due for services accessed through the website by anyone using your password details. Any information regarding someone using your password details should be advised to the RQA office immediately.

Q. Am I entitled to the Concession rate?

A. The member rate is available as a concession to those working in relevant charities and academic institutions or for the National Health Service. If you are unsure whether you qualify for this concession please contact webcasts@therqa.com.

Q. Do I have to pay VAT?

A. Quoted fees exclude VAT which is chargeable in the UK and EU. Please see the details listed in the terms and conditions to work out if you should be paying VAT or not or if required please contact finance@therqa.com for further information.

Access

Q. How do I access the webcast I have puchased?

A. After paying for your order in full you will be given access to your webcast. Please click 'My eLearning' at the top of the page. 

Q. Is my purchased webcast transferable?

A. No. Your access cannot be transferred to anyone else. Please see the terms and conditions for further details.

Q. I have been sent access details for the webcast but cannot access it?

A. Please contact the RQA office.

Certificate

Q. Do I receive a certificate after viewing the webcast?

A. Yes. All of our webcasts give the option to download and print a certificate of completion once you have finished viewing.

Q. Do I receive a certificate after attending the webinar?

A. Yes. After the webinar has taken place we will send you a certificate within a week.
