RQA's Development Routes

A new RQA initiative - Development Routes. Categories will represent the three stages of a career in QA, allowing for crossover and flexibility between the three stages.

The stages are:

Learn - for anyone who is new to the world of QA, who will need to learn the mechanics of the role as well as the basic people skills required.

Develop - for anyone with extensive experience, that can display knowledge of what is required from a regulatory and audit perspective and would like some assistance in the grey areas of the role.

Extend - for anyone who would needs access to, or has new ideas about innovation, tools or developing issues across industry.
