It's quick and simple to renew. Just log into your account using your email address or member number and follow the on-screen instructions. There is a forgotten password link should you need it.
The annual subscription for 2025 will be £120. You can pay by credit/debit card, request an invoice online (this will be in your online account within one working day, and you will be alerted when it's ready for you to download), or if you're a UK customer paying in GBP, you can set up a Direct Debit. However you decide to pay, the invoice will be available to download from your account shortly after we have received your payment. Please note that we cannot accept credit card details over the phone.

Please note that we must receive your payment by 1st February 2025, otherwise your membership will lapse and you will need to rejoin. Your membership will only be renewed once payment is received in full.

Can I pay by purchase order?
You can request an invoice and enter your PO number at the checkout. However, please note that your membership will not be successfully renewed until we receive payment in full, not just a PO number.
When do I need to renew by?
Payment must be received by 1st February 2025. If not, your membership will lapse and you will need to rejoin.
What are the payment options?
You can pay online by credit/debit card, bank transfer or Direct Debit.
I'm paying by Direct Debit, when will I receive my invoice?
Existing Direct Debit payments are taken on or around 31st December each year and usually clear within a few working days. Your invoice will be available to download from your account shortly after we receive the funds.
My renewal order has the wrong currency on it
You can change the currency on your order by clicking on the dropdown at the top of the page. Available currencies are GBP, EUR and USD.
Can I pay with card details over the phone?
No, we do not accept payment over the phone.
The address details on my order are incorrect, how can I change them?
If you need to change any details on your order, please email membership@therqa.com.
When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates are emailed to members within a week of the renewal being paid.
When will I receive my invoice?
You will recieve automated email updates throughout the renewal process advising you as to when you can download the invoice from your account.
I'm having trouble paying online, what can I do?
