MHRA - Government response to statutory fees

The MHRA held a public consultation on proposed amendments to its statutory fees. The
consultation ran between 29 August 2024 and 24 October 2024 and was held jointly with the
Department of Health in Northern Ireland, in accordance with Section 45(1) of the Medicines
and Medical Devices Act 2021.

This document summarises the responses to the consultation and outlines our response to
feedback and proposed next steps.
